When you see a tree stop to wonder
what has landed or crossed under
through many seasons of wind and rain
it's branches broken and weeping in pain
leaves reaching to the sky and roots down below
makes you think about the rings that will grow
through spring, summer, winter, and fall
the mighty tree stands big and tall
so when you look at a majestic tree
always remember: May the forest be with thee
